Matt was the third realtor I reached out to when considering moving to a new city. Seriously, these people are not only veryknowledgeable , they actually C A R E. Matt and David knew my husband and I had an urgent need to move and they helped us with every process along the way. Not only did we get an awesome first home, Matt helped us take care of a little set back with our solar panels (which had nothing to do with him at all) by helping us negotiate pay between us and the previous owner/agents to fix it. Matt even offered to pay a portion of it and kept his word, and it got taken care of ASAP. Seriously, don't hesitate to work with this incredible man and his circle of great people!
